Take the Tipton Road (A4037) to the intersection with the Birmingham New Road (A4123). This will take you past the Black Country Museum. At the crossroads go straight across the Birmingham New Road on to Dudley Road (A4037). 'The Old Manse' is on the left hand-side opposite the 'Waggon & Horses' Public House.

Take the Birmingham New Road (A4123) to the intersection with Sedgley Road West (A457). Turn left towards 'Tipton'. At the crossroads (Pie Factory Public House) turn right on to Dudley Road (A4037). 'The Old Manse' is on the right hand-side opposite the 'Waggon & Horses' Public House.
From the island at the Bull Ring in the centre of Sedgley (by Monty's Wine Bar) continue for a few metres along the High Street (A459) towards Wolverhampton. We are located opposite Hartills Stone Masons on the right-hand side. An entrance to our private car park is situated just past our office between the phone shop and takeaway. Please use the front entrance to the building. A bell and intercom can be found by the front door. Please ring and wait for attention.
From Coseley Railway Station, continue along Gough Road into Yew Tree Lane. At the road junction take a left into Harding Street. Continue along Daisy Street (past Hall Green Cemetery) into Ash Street and then Highfields Road. A & A Walters can be found on the junction of Highfields Road and Dudley Street. Ample free car parking is located on the right just past the lights.
Directions from Bilston:
From the Black Country Route, enter Bankfield Road (between Morrisons Supermarket and the Bert Williams Leisure Centre.) Follow the road along Dudley Street past Bilston Academy. Continue over the canal bridge to the junction with Highfields Road, A & A Walters is located on the right. Free ample parking is located directly opposite the junction. Take a left then an immediate right to enter the car park.
